Brunei Zone IV schools hold sporting event for teachers

Brunei Zone IV primary schools recently organised sports events for their teachers at the Berakas Sports Complex.Schools that took part were SR AHMY Kati Mahar, SR Bengkurong, SR Jerudong, SR Sengkurong, SR Mulaut, SR Bebuloh, SR Junjongan, SR Kasat, SR Lumapas, SR Masin, SR NAR Menunggol, SR Panchor Murai, SR Pengkalan Batu, SR PB Limau Manis and SR Putat.
Guest of honour at the event was the Senior Education Officer for Brunei Zone IV Schools of the Department of Schools from the Ministry of Education (MOE), Hjh Kamariah Ibrahim, who also officiated the event and presented trophies to the winners.
Others present were Acting Senior Education Officer for Brunei Zone IV Schools, Hj Abd Wahab Ismail, headmasters/headmistresses, acting headmasters/headmistresses and teachers.
Events organised were 100-metre sprint, 400-metre relay, long jump, discus and javelin throws, dart game, gunny sack run, to name a few.
